How can I filter files with loxx?

There are 2 options for content filtering:

The more simple is the “Quickfilter” which can be applied after a selecting an expression. The Quickfilter supports only plain text as expression and can be applied as “Pass-Filter” or as “Stop-Filter” (have a look into the context menu while a quick-selection is active).
Several “Stop-Filters” can be applied after each other. With that it is possible to remove unwanted lines step by step.

More complex filters supporting wild cards or regular expressions can be defined in predefined reusable filters (see menu “Edit – Filter content” or filter the toolbar icon ).
In the following dialog you can define several expressions for more complex and reusable content filters.
